T. O. W.E. D. A Free Ride Home for You and Your Car
Denny’s Towing is once again sponsoring the Towing Operators Working to Eliminate Drunk Drivers (TOWED) Program. Beginning December 14, 2011 through January 1, 2012 anyone who has had too much to drink can call Denny’s Towing for a free tow home.
Party-goers wanting this free service need to call Denny’s Towing at (208) 237-0671, and a driver will be dispatched to their location. If you decide to participate, please note a few simple rules for the program:
1. T.O.W.E.D. can only take you home, we are not available to take you to another bar or party.
2. The car we tow home must be operable.
3. T.O.W.E.D. boundaries are the immediate Pocatello and Chubbuck areas, regular mileage rates apply outside of the area.
4. If you are in an accident or the police are on scene, it’s too late for a free ride; our regular rates apply.

Westside Wraps Up Silver Season
Wait Until Dark marked the close of the 25th season at The Warehouse, 1009 South 2nd, home of Westside Players. Few U.S. not-for-profit dinner theatres survive a quarter century. Westside has beaten the odds with community support, volunteers, affordable prices and award-winning plays.
Year 26 begins with an upgraded sound system, thanks to the Idaho Community Foundation (ICF) and the Ifft Fund, and a freshened-up lighting system, again due to the ICF and the Eastern Idaho Greatest Need Fund. Silver Star Donors continue to raise money for a new roof. A patron survey has yielded ideas for improving facility, food and shows, as well as compliments and well wishes. The huge Westside logo facing S. 2nd Avenue has been repainted after decades of weathering. Planters now reflect the changing seasons. Although the Chamber membership is mature (1988), www.westsideplayers.org/ has a new look, and patrons can LIKE us on Facebook/Westside Players Pocatello.
The 2012 Season opens with a mystery-farce, A Shot in the Dark (Feb); Neil Simon’s funny, mature I Ought to be in Pictures follows in April ; the digital love story, For Better is the July summer show; magic and love will enchant in October's Bell, Book, and Candle.
Season tickets make great gifts AND are transferable: $100 (tax included) for 4 shows/4 dinners, only $25.00 per person. Individual tickets: $30 for dinner/show; $15.00 for show. ISU student price, with a valid ID, remains $5.00 for show; $20.00 for dinner/show. The Raven’s Nest is the accommodating reservation service at 208-232-2232.
