On a larger note, the members of the Legislative Council deal with issues that will effect the well being of our great state. This committee works hand-in-hand with area legislators on House and Senate Resolutions and Bills. They organize a once a year "Business Day at the Legislature" in Boise during the January session. The members of the committee are bussed to the capital along with the Idaho Falls, Rexburg, Blackfoot, and other area Chambers for a 3 day stay filled with legislative camaraderie, education, and good fun. The Legislative Council meets the 3rd Thursday of each month when not in session 7:30am, Clarion Inn, and the Council meets every Thursday while the legislators are in session at 7:00am, Clarion Inn
