With summer time vacations coming to an end, it’s time to get out there shaking hands and kissing babies.

By definition, networking is a socioeconomic business activity by which business people and entrepreneurs meet to form business relationships.

One of the main purposes of a Chamber of Commerce is to provide networking opportunities. No matter what type of services your business provides, networking with others is a vital part of growth, relevance, and the longevity of your business.

The Pocatello-Chubbuck Chamber of Commerce has many upcoming networking opportunities; such as, ribbon cuttings and business after hours, which are held at Chamber members’ locations. The Chamber also has a few annual events coming up. The first is our annual Putt Putt Tournament held at the Outback Golf Park on August 19, the second is our first of three CEO Breakfast Series August 31, featuring keynote speaker, Scott Kreiling, President of Regence BlueShield of Idaho. After that we are planning our annual dinner and awards banquet, followed by the Chamber Trade Show and Holiday Fair on October 21st and 22nd.

Don’t miss your opportunity to grow. Find out more on these events by calling the Pocatello-Chubbuck Chamber of Commerce today at 233-1525.
