Portneuf Medical Center is a regional Level II Trauma Center with state-of-the-art cardiology and neurosurgery programs.  We have earned an overall four-star rating from The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Other programs such as Portneuf Urology and Portneuf Wound Care have received national recognition and Portneuf’s NICU services are recognized with a level II designation.  The Portneuf Cancer Center has received commendations for their clinical trial accrual, data submission, nursing care and cancer registrar education.  The Portneuf Cancer Center has also been providing outreach cancer treatments to locations outside of Pocatello for several years.  Recently, Portneuf Medical Center was given a high performance rating by the US & World News Report for knee and hip replacement procedures.

But more importantly, Portneuf is concerned with what happens outside its doors and how the hospital can be a partner to the community.  The Sports Medicine Institute provides free care to athletes in and out of School District 25 during competitions as well as other league competitions; Portneuf Quality Alliance, a network of medical professionals, works together to help lower healthcare costs; and its partner, The Portneuf Health Trust, established the beautiful Portneuf Wellness Complex.  With the resources Portneuf Health Partners have available, we are always working to improve the quality of life for those in our community.

We look forward to seeing you at the All Member Meeting April 6, 2018 at the Clarion Inn.  Trade tables open at 11:30 A.M. with lunch and the meeting at noon.
